File size limits for tax return uploads

Worthy supports uploading tax returns up to approximately 100 pages in length, as long as they are federal tax forms (not state tax forms).

What to do if your file is too large

If you encounter a file size error when trying to upload a tax return, here are some options:

• Check if it's a federal form: Make sure you're uploading federal tax forms rather than state forms, as state forms are not currently supported for file uploads

• Reduce file size: You can try compressing the PDF or reducing the image quality if it's a scanned document

• Contact Worthy support: Contact us at hello@withworthy.com and we'll make sure to help get your file uploaded.
