Assigning Client Service Team (CST) Members to Your Account

Context

For firms using Worthy's Client Service Team (CST) feature, advisors can assign dedicated service team members to their account. All CST members are added by their firm, so they'll already have Worthy accounts. Once a CST member is assigned to you, they can support your workflow directly — including uploading client tax forms on your behalf.

This article walks through how to assign your CST members to your advisor account.

How to Assign Your CST Members

  1. Click on your name in the upper right corner and click "Settings."

  2. Scroll down to the section labeled "Client Service Team."

  3. Click "Assign Member."

  4. Search for each of your CST members and assign them to you.

  5. If you don't see your CST member in the list, contact Worthy support at hello@withworthy.com.

Once assigned, your CST members will be linked to your account the next time they log in to Worthy. From there, they'll be able to upload client tax forms to your account.

Important Notes

  • All CST members are added by their firm and will already have Worthy accounts.

  • Once assigned, CST members can upload client tax forms to your account.
