What's Up with Worthy — July 23, 2026
Last updated: September 17, 2026
Welcome to our monthly roundup of new features and product updates. From a new Memories feature to a refreshed client dashboard, here's what we've shipped since our last update.
We're constantly working to make Worthy smarter, more accurate, and more flexible — and getting input from hundreds of advisors in the process. With that said, every advisor faces unique opportunities and challenges. If there's a feature you'd like to see, or something we could improve, please let us know: hello@withworthy.com.
Worthy Memories
Memories let you save important details so Worthy remembers them for a client across chats. To add a memory, just ask Worthy directly in the chat. For example: "My client has $850,000 in her Roth IRA, please save this to memories." Or, "Please refer to my client as Jimmy, instead of James."
Worthy will save the detail, and it will apply to that specific client across all of their chats — so you don't have to repeat key facts each time you start a new conversation.
To view saved memories, click the Conversation History button (the teal clock icon in the top left corner of the chat). To delete a memory, hover over it and click the trash icon.
Refreshed client dashboard
The client dashboard has been redesigned with a cleaner layout. Client sections are now organized into tabbed views instead of stacked lists, making it faster to navigate a large book. Firm-level clients are separated into their own section, so they don't get mixed in with your personal clients.
We've also added document status indicators to the dashboard list — you can see at a glance whether a client's documents are still processing, complete, or need attention.
Joint client records via upload link
When a client uploads a jointly-filed return through their upload link, Worthy now creates a joint MFJ client record automatically — no manual setup required.
Rotated page auto-correction
If a client uploads a document with pages that are sideways or upside down, Worthy now detects and auto-corrects the orientation before extraction. No more asking clients to rescan.
Carryforward improvements
The Planning & Carryforwards section is now more comprehensive. Capital-loss carryforwards are sourced from the carryover worksheet rather than Schedule D alone, and Worthy now carries forward all supported carryforward types — not just capital losses.
Help & Support
A new Help & Support entry point is now available in the app, giving you quick access to contact us and find resources without leaving Worthy.
We're grateful to have the opportunity to build the best and smartest tax planning platform for professionals like you. The best way to see all this is to log in and use Worthy. There's no setup, so you'll be up and running in minutes.
If you have questions or want to learn more about a new feature, please reach out. We'd be excited to show you what's possible: hello@withworthy.com.
